
The federal government has declared June 28 (Wednesday) and 29 (Thursday) as vacations for Eid El-Kabir.
Oluwatoyin Akinlade, the Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Interior, said this in a statement.
The Federal Government has declared Wednesday, June 28th and Thursday, June 29th 2023 Public Holidays in observance of this year’s Eid-el-Kabir celebration and cordially congratulates the Muslim Ummah at home and in the diaspora, according to the statement.
“We are hopeful that the prayers, sacrifices, and message of Eid-el-Kabir associated with this great celebration will result in peace, unity, and advancement in Nigeria.”
